A nutritional Approach to Hair Shedding

Excessive and persistent hair shedding is often embarrassing and detrimental to our self esteem. The inability to retain length or reach a hair length challenge can have some of us going to doctors or purchasing more products for our product junkie shelves.

Persistent hair shedding can be effected by poor nutrition.

L-Lysine

L-Lysine is an essential amino acid found in most foods. It aids the body in absorbing iron and zinc.

Iron

Low serum concentrations of iron can also be a factor in female hair loss. Iron-deficient women who are not aenemic can benefit from iron supplementation.

L-Lysine and iron combo work well together in addressing persistent hair shedding.

Please consult with your doctor before taking any supplements.
